You are of course entirely correct, but that page is a little confusing on 
first glance: it is titled 'Download XMLmind DITA Converter', but then has a 
screenshot of XSL Utility main window.
It might be clearer to have the XSL Utility info on another page and link to 
it. Kristen should still have read it properly, however...
