Stock command refresh prints a message looking like the following ones
in the status bar:
* View of "/home/…/xmleditor_site/pages/features.html" redrawn.
* /html/body/blockquote view refreshed.
* /html/body/blockquote view rebuilt.
(Right-click on the status bar to browse logged messages.)
If you have overridden command refresh, then may be you'll not see any
redrawn/refresh/rebuilt message.
