XMLmind XML Editor being written in the Java[tm] programming language cannot cause such hard crashes. Therefore it's a problem with Java itself, hence there is no much we can do to solve this problem.
I've noticed that you are using a quite old version of XMLmind XML Editor (4.7.0) and also a quite old version of the Java runtime (1.6.0_03). Therefore we strongly recommend to at least update the Java runtime. For that, simply install latest version of the Java runtime on your computer.
Also make sure that you have not installed a third-party program (e.g. a screen capture program) which overrides the normal Windows behavior when you press PrintScreen. If this is the case, you may want to uninstall this program or to reconfigure its hot keys.
