Hello XXE Support, a colleague has informed me about a problem he has with his XXE Professional (4.6.0) installation after updating Java on the new release 1.6.0_21 (no beta). Now sometimes XXE freezes on his screen and unsaved data is lost. In few cases XXE was still working, but he saw strange artifacts on his screen. Or XXE froze after switching from minimized window to to normal window display.
I have had a look on the QnAs on your website (http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/known_problems.html) , where some problems with Java updates are listed. But I could not find an answer to our problem. Could you please give us additional advice?
