I routinely make a local modification to the 'xon' script to make
it useful with 'ssh' (rsh and its ilk are no longer universally
acceptable). It is a simple modification, but it would be nice
to have it in the standard distribution so that I don't have to
change it every time a new install is made.

The WWW page did not give obvious information as to where to send
such things.

(the context diff follows. The syntax is to say 'xon hostname -remote ssh')
