and this file is not found. It lives in programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/, and there should be a symlink for it in programs/Xserver/include which is missing.
The fix is to include a line into programs/Xserver/include/Imakefile as in the following patch:

With this patch, XDarwin compiles correctly.
