Agree with Sergio. But I also think that a *end date* should be
defined by the developer, so translators will know how much time they
finish. Once notified, deal is a deal. If translation is not fixed,
translator can't complian.

IMHO, this looks transparent enough for all and that would be nice to
be followed by developers in general.
