So what is a decent amount of > submissions someone needs to make? 25? i doubt that is possible to count work with script/mathematically... you can translate whole application with 2000 strings and you can change 1 string in that applications. so if you count submissions, both users will have 1 submission, but that user which translated whole application made better work then that which translated one string.
