The thing is, as many LaTeX manuals state: "You don't want to worry about 
layout, instead focus on content." I think this is true of many latex users. 
Indeed, if you are professional typesetter, then context probably much more 
applicable. The point is that when we make our documentations, tutorials or 
manuals, we have to have a certain mental image of the group for which we write 
the manual. If the objective is to introduce xelatex to a group of users who 
are not very deeply immersed in either professional layout or computer science, 
I think that context is not the way to go.
