That's OK, and that's the distribution for which the binaries on the
XeTeX wiki (http://xetex.tk) are targeted.
The SVN problem is new to me and I don't understand it. Maybe
you're using a too old version of the SVN client?
I'm using 1.6.9.
1.4.4 here... (Anyway, the sources don't compile again, which I need
to investigate.)
