I think it is 'Ctrl-A', and since you are using screen you need to
'pass'through the Ctrl-A by doing 'ctrl-a-A' or something like that
three or six times.

configuration. Sorry for the noise.
Meng, you can pass conswitch=x to Xen command line to havet he
'pass'through problem.
