This series signficantly improves the performance of migration by speeding up privcmd's MMAPBATCH_V2 ioctl (for PV toolstack domains).
Changes in v7: - Drop (broken) arm __get_user() patch and use get_user() instead as a workaround. - Fix MMAPBATCH_V1 error reporting.
