bad OpenBSD mirror or something

Hello there!

I was trying to download OpenBSD from Russian mirror. But only one is
working (http://mirror.corbina.net/pub/OpenBSD/5.3/i386/). Second
(http://mirror.yandex.ru/pub/OpenBSD/) doesn't contain OpenBSD for
some reason (and should be unlisted?). Please, take a note.
