I'd say do it, at least it'll let people know something is going on and perhaps getting more bugs reported :)

So the basic idea is : bring a new version of wormux without network and name it 0.7.9. People will be happy with new weapon, new skin management and a big bunch of bug fixe. And guess what then can even get it for Xmast (Hum beta first ... final maybe in january ...) ! Any feedback is welcome.
