No, is not needed.

Definetly. And the same will go for a stable 0.8 version since Debian is now
in a soft freeze.

The problems we encountered were fixed in the 0.7.4-2 and 0.7.4-3 packages
via patches over the 0.7.4 source. If you know of any *bugs* that should be
fixed because they are present in 0.7.4(-3), then it _could_ make sense to
have a 0.7.5 release.

Currently I see absolutely no reason to release 0.7.5, except, maybe, if you
want to incorporate the 3 patches we have in 0.7.4-3 in the "new" 0.7.5 since
this shall be the version we will have in the next stable release.
