I'm re-asking the same question: should we produce a 0.7.5 version since 0.8 is not stable enough? "Not stable enought": If we stay at "beta" point, Debian will not accept 0.8 package. It's easy to produce a new version. Just take 0.7.4, apply patches, and release new tarball..
