autotools are still working on the project (and it's written in his mail), so I
don't understand why you are blaming deki. I and lodesi have asked him to
commit it when discussing on the IRC channel.

you must also knows than currently, there is a bug related to autotools (6673)
which is opened since 18.08.2006... assigned to you, and still not fixed.
