Hi! I think it's really a bad idea to switch to paragui 1.0, because there is much chance that it's even more bugged than the developpement version... So if you want to try it, remove the current paragui checks in configure.ac and uncomment the two lines for paragui 1.0 (not tested, may need little changes).. But if we have problems like this just with the main menu, maybe we should reconsider the paragui choice..
Matt->I spent a big time on various autotools tutorial/documents, but I still don't get how it works :) What's currently in the configure.ac is mostly a hack.. like the presence of SDL is checked, but SDL_mixer/image/ttf/glx are not..
