Yes, that sucks .. > I think we > do not have man power to update all the six langages (nor to prevent > each traductor when we update a page), so I think english version and > off course french version is enough. Hum ... We can ask our translators first! > To make the update of the content > of the website easiest, I would be happy to replace the current system > by a CMS (or a wiki). I tried a *lot* of website systems. For me, the best one is a wiki. I know well MediaWiki, used in Wikipedia for example. We used that for HappyBoom project : http://www.happyboom.org/ Limitations: - It's not possible to upload file using MediaWiki (but it's possible using gna! or ftp ;-)) ... maybe it changed with MediaWiki 1.5+ - It's not possible to forbid creation of user accounts ... Maybe a plugin does exist !? > Someone who works with me, and who have great experiments in web > technology, is volunteer to be the webmaster of the website. I can do that. The best way would be to create a "beta website". > Of course, > for the moment, the most important is to update the content, It will go faster if everybody can work on the website. With current system (XML+XSLT) it's very very difficult to maintain the website if we don't know XML ! I can create a MediaWiki test site. Do you agree with that ? **** Matthieu: I have subscribed to the mailing list sinc 3 years, so please stop CC-me on your emails! *** Victor -- Victor Stinner - étudiant à l'UTBM (Belfort, France) http://www.haypocalc.com/wiki/Accueil
