Starting Monday in the Paul Harvey timeslots - Gil Gross, Doug Limerick. The rest of this week is about saluting Paul's own unique body of work for ABC Radio Networks, and the ABC website is now offering additional material that's a reminder of just what a special communicator he was. But the show must go on, even if ABC's not calling it "Paul Harvey News & Comment." Starting Monday, the "program offerings for the Paul Harvey timeslots" will be delivered by two skilled artists whose voices should be reassuring to Paul Harvey regulars. Gil Gross will handle the 8:30am weekday Morning Report, the 15-minute Midday report and the Saturday midday show. Gil's a familiar fill-in on Paul Harvey's show and has also sat in for Charles Osgood and fronted his own syndicated long-form show for CBS Radio. While Murrow Award-winning ABC Morning News anchor Doug Limerick will stay late to do the weekday afternoon reports and Saturday morning. They're not Paul Harvey, but nobody else is, and these guys are both pros who know what made the Paul Harvey enterprise tick
