You'll need to describe a real problem here.  Apparently with that
first log the installation is successful, right? The fact that
everything honks up when you deliberately omit a required Dll is not
something I can help with. It's not realistic, and there are other
ways to cause rollbacks that don't involve deliberately crippling a
service.

p.s. Those logs are unreadable - they are a blob with no line breaks.
