I suspect what you need to do is to localize your setup for polish so that you have a english wxl and a polish wxl file (or the language of concern). And also specify the multiple cultures in your project file. If you don't really want to translate the dialogs then use english strings in the polish wxl file but specify the polish code page so that it can handle strings which include polish characters.
