The issue is really a separate issue from Installing the Service. Before an account is specified for a Windows Service to use, the Local Security Policy\Local Policies\User Rights Assignment, for that account, needs to allow the 'Logon as Service' permission (or if the service is designed to do a logon for user impersonation the account may need to have 'Logon as Batch' enabled).
