Okay if I change the Configuration format to Text then the projects all build and it seems to work. So it does not seem to like it if the format is Integer?
So this will work for now as I did not need this value to actually be integer so it works fine as Text, but if if a value actually needs to be an integer then more work would have to be done here to figure out why that did not initially work for me.
