Okay. I wonder what the difference is between doing an uninstall via the usual method and doing an uninstall via "Change > Remove". I tried a few times and the first method triggers refresh and the second doesn't. It sounds like it's not on the MSI side of the wall, so I won't worry about it. Just makes me curios.
