Think the issue was related to the escaping of "[". When you do a diff against the zh-TW you will mention only few strings to be different (actually that was the reason why I mentioned the bug as I was interested what was the difference between Zh-HK and zh-TW).
So a confirmation for correct translation can only give you someone of the WiX team or somebody speaking zh-HK + english. In my oppinion (based on the few differences between zh-hk / zh-tw) the translation should be ok.
