Per my comment on your blog, the 3.0 / 3.5 side by side with Votive is an issue for us. I'm trying to consider ways to mitigate it and it would be helpful to get a ReleaseNotes style bulletin the highlights the benefits of 3.5 that make it worthwhile to consider the upgrade.
For me, we are happy using WiX with VS2008 and we delegate our IIS configuration to InstallShield 2010. I'd be interested in all the other things in 3.5 that would interest us. The really cool stuff for us would be Burn in 3.6.
