What change? WiX has used the WixUI_Advanced set (which combines the welcome and license pages on clean installs) since September *2006*. The only major change we made during 3.5 was Mike Holcomb's team donating a set of patch dialogs, which shouldn't change how clean installs and non-patch upgrades look.
