Hi all,

Sorry if this has already been discussed recently, I haven't looked at WiX
for quite some time and I now find myself needing to develop a relatively
simple installer.

Is WiX 3.5 the way to go these days, or should I stick with 3.0? I've just
been googling and I see that 3.5 is still in beta but then
this<http://robmensching.com/blog/posts/2010/10/10/The-state-of-the-WiX-toolset-October-2010>suggests
its as stable or more so than 3.0, except for the specific issues
mentioned. I will need to create at least 1 (maybe 2) CAs and I'd prefer to
use C# and .NET 4.0, although 3.5 would probably be ok. If 3.0 is a better
option, does it integrate with VS2010?

Also, can anyone point me at some good articles / tutorials to get me back
up to speed relatively quickly?

Is dotNetInstaller <http://dotnetinstaller.codeplex.com/> a good option for
a bootstrapper?

Thanks,
Matt.
