There are several entries of the form
MSI (s) (7C:90) [03:01:26:656]: Disallowing uninstallation of component:
{45969897-7CD3-44E9-9569-8CB8B581A7FE} since another client exists
So there's another product that prevents those components from being
uninstalled and services being removed.
