hi I have no idea how this could happen, but there's little bug on the docs page http://wix.sourceforge.net/manual-wix3/main.htm The title there says: "Windows Installer XML (WiX) v[[Version.Major]].[[Version.Minor]] Help" - I guess the brackets part should be repleaced with real version numbers there...
