Maybe I am have the wrong impression of what this property is used for. I thought this property is used to enforce the minimum version of Windows Installer required to run the MSI. Is that not correct?
If it is correct, what are the possible values for currently released versions of Windows Installer? In most examples I've found the values are 200 or 300. Is 450 the correct value for Windows Installer 4.5?
