Hi Let's say I have have two MSIs, one for v1.0 and one for v2.0 of my product.
I install v1.0. Next, I install v2.0, replacing all the existing files and removing v1.0, assuming that I've used <RemoveExistingProducts After="InstallFinalize" /> in v2.0 My question is this. What happens when I uninstall v2.0? Everything I've read seems to indicate that the product will just be removed. Is it possible to have an uninstall of v2.0 rollback to v1.0? I've been searching for articles/blogposts regarding downgrades, but haven't been successful in finding any. Is the aforementioned scenario supported at all or will I need to manage this myself?
