I am grateful for the pointers on how to research the error codes. This question is why I have to do this on the samples. I am trying to learn WiX by working my way through the samples. The samples are 2.0 (Is the tutorial 3.0?). In either case, I downloaded and installed Wix 3.0, and am trying to work my way through the samples. If I cannot get through the very first sample, what good is the tutorial? Are there any other turorials\books\whatever, anywhere? Thanks.
