No, there are two masters CVS and a source control system inside Microsoft. This is required because other Microsoft employees are not allowed to work against the Open Source code. I'm responsible for integrating the changes made by Microsoft employees across to CVS and I'm responsible for incorporating changes made by non-Microsoft employees into CVS only after an assignment agreement is signed. Basically, I'm a "desired bottleneck" by Microsoft legal. Fun.
