I've created several installs now using WiX for various programs and I have a problem where they are dependent on each others files. They do use some of the same files but each has their own copy in their respective install directories. The problem comes when I uninstall one of them I'm met with a dialog that says "The following applications should be closed before continuing the installation:" and it lists off the other programs that are running.
