That is a nice theory and I believed it but just couldn't get my head around registering VB6 COM DLL's (C++ are fine) in the end I ended up using self registration (SelfRegCost=1). I'm sure there is some voodoo going on with VB6 COM DLL's but I couldn't figure it!
