I've not found a acceptable designer yet. Votive is nice start for how it
should `fit in` with Visual Studio, but beyond that it's nothing more then code
editor, not a true designer.
WiXAware is a nice designer, but it throws exceptions on about every screen I
click on and it only supports WiX v2.
I'm sure that one day there will be pieces that provide full featured
bootstrapping, more extensions/CA's and visual designing. But it's not today.
