Based on the feedback, I'm definitely looking into requiring people to join the list to send mail. Before doing that, I want to make sure it is easy and *clear* (something we obviously struggle with the WiX documentation <smile/>) how to get on the mailing list. It would be *very*, *very* bad if people thought they couldn't ask questions...
