That is pretty much what I *was* suggesting, aside from the fact that the automation happens on the reseller's machine rather than the initial vendor's. I guess that comes of dealing too often with users who are regularly in locations where high speed internet access is either too expensive or simply not available! If you (as a vendor) want to keep track of (or maintain control of) the package, then a web application would certainly be possible... as long as the number of resellers is reasonable. I would have thought that the steps would still be the same wherever they are performed - that is to say some verification must be performed on the logo files (correct format and image size), and possibly the template files (format).
