Bob,

Thanks for the feedback.  So is ALLUSERS supposed to be set
automatically when the installer is privileged?  That doesn't seem to
be the case on Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 (MSI 3.0, I guess),
which is why I created the custom action in the first place.  Besides
the WIX 2.0 tutorial posted to http://www.tramontana.co.hu/wix/, are
there any good, complicated examples of WIX-developed installers?  I'd
like to see how the professionals do it, and I'm having a difficult
time following the documentation on MSDN (which seems to be the only
authoritative source of information aside from the WIX online help).
