Is it possible to determine via WiX if a file has version information? I was told that if a file has version information to leave it alone, but if it didn't go ahead and implement version lying ( I know, I know... ). Unfortunately, I'm limited to using just WiX code and am discouraged from using custom actions. I haven't been able to find a lot of resources on this, so if any one has any suggestions or input I'd be grateful.
