I think the reason that I was told to investigate the other option is that 
there would be no suitable files to act as companion files during 
installation.  I think that my superiors understand the consequences of 
pursuing this approach and have valid reasons for such.

Anyway, back on topic.  I'm not entirely familiar with Binder code.  Could you 
give me a nudge in the right direction?

I appreciate your guys' patience with me.  I know I ask questions that may 
seem obvious or silly, but this is all a learning process for me.  I'm in the 
middle of my first coop/internship of three so there are a lot of new ideas 
thrown at me that I've never seen.  Thanks Brett and Rob for your inputs.  I 
appreciate them immensely.
