It seems so; however it doesn't appear to be the bandwidth that's the
problem, but the actual diff algorithm. The bottleneck is definitely
CPU.
For those of us who might be on a budget (bandwidth and/or total bytes)
downloading large files to do diffs would be something to be careful about.
(Naybe this approach is needed to be able to handle adding comments, etc ?)
