Thank you. I tend to think of them as being separate even tho' I know cisco acquired Linksys. Certainly they have a different code base so I would not lump them together.


Sorry, I don't have the answer to your question regarding Linksys gear
off the top of my head,  Although I'm sure a little digging on the
Linksys site will get you the answer.  I recall that the user manuals
for all the Linksys gear are available for download.

The manuals I have read suggest that they only work with their own brand of equipment. OTOH, many of the manufacturers are starting to offer this capability so I suspect some level of similarity and possibly compatibility, hence my question to the list.
