I have a laptop with an AX201 network card. The net/wifi-firmware-iwlwifi-kmod port has a flavor for the AX210 but seemingly not for the AX201. I seem to remember from the start of the iwlwifi efforts that AX201 was listed as "supported" or "tested". Is that still the case? Is there a firmware port for the AX201 or is the AX210 port expected to work for the AX201 card?
You simply run fwget these days and it will install the right firmware package. If you want to build it yourself fwget -n would show you which flavour it would install for you. Altneratively man iwlwififw can ell you if you check yout PCI IDs from pciconf -l output yourself. Lastly loading the iwlwifi driver would tell and complain which firmware it cannot find. That said you'll likely want the 22000 flavour. In the unlikely chance the firmware is missing currently, I have a task for next week to fix some of that; see https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=284475 Hope that helps, otherwise please let me know.
