I don't recall making any decisions about administrative privileges while installing WinPcap. Were there some I should have made or made differently? One way to find out would be to uninstall WinPcap and then reinstall it to see if questions about administrator privileges appear or not. I'm just installing both WinPcap and Triangle Boy on my own computer for the purpose of Secure-Sockets-Layer security when I want to access the worldwide web. One major question is whether Triangle-Boy installations can still be successfully initiated or not with the help of the Voice of America. About a year or so ago SafeWeb turned over jurisdiction of this software to the Voice of America; perhaps SafeWeb still furnishes the servers for Voice of America's Triangle Boy; but this might no longer be true. Another problem I found is that the SafeWeb certificate from hypotenuse.triangleboy.com expired in April of 2002. I don't yet know if Voice of America made a new working arrangement for Triangle Boy, including a new certificate, or not. If anyone knows the current situation about any of these issues, please respond.
