We have blocked further deployment of MediaWiki 1.45.0-wmf.21 to group 0
<https://versions.toolforge.org/> due to an issue with some of our
internal private code. The issue is tracked in a *private* task T406094
<https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T406094>.
Once the issue has been resolved, the train can resume.
