We have blocked further deployment of MediaWiki 1.45.0-wmf.21 to group
0 <https://versions.toolforge.org/> due to an issue with some of our
internal private code. The issue is tracked in a *private* task
T406094 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T406094>.
Once the issue has been resolved, the train can resume.

Hello,
We decided to revert LoginNotify Gerrit change 1183102
<https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/LoginNotify/+/1183102>.
That sounded the easiest/safest/fastest, we chatted with SRE which had
scheduled an upgrade of the WikiKube Kubernetes cluster (see the earlier
announce on wikitech-l /

) and we could not hold the state any longer.
Deploying the private settings needed some extra care and faced the risk
of needing an other revert if something went wrong. Rolling back the
train carries a larger risk than reverting a patch.
We will resume the train once WikiKube has been upgraded.
The original LoginNotify change will have to be send back for review.
