Does no one else think that this comment by Tom M should be acknowledged?

Wikimedia UK is meant to promote the community but good faith criticism
results in an individual receiving hate mail and cold shouldering. And
when someone says that has happened they are ignored and no one connected
with the organisation, a trustee or the Chief Executive or one of the
office staff, says anything about it.

And Tom is not alone. I have discussed with others how we feel unable to
go to events because we have made well-founded criticisms seen worthy of
coverage in the serious press but know that we will be accused of
harassment if certain people also attend the meetings.

WMUK is fracturing the editing community in this country and no one is
using their salaried WMUK time to fix this.
